less running costs

With an optimized tub, less fat is needed. Separate heating zones and good insulation lead to less energy consumption. the permanent grease filtering ensures a longer service life.

Oh yes, the system can be heated electrically or with thermal oil. And we can convert the system. Start today with electric, upgrade to thermal oil later. Or the other way around. After all, who knows what the future will bring to the energy market...

And there are many more advantages...


using the latest cloud technology

From the beginning, the focus was on being able to read out or control every sensor and every motor digitally - so that the system can report to the cloud for proactive error detection if desired - or can be adjusted from the cloud. All this with the aim of being able to offer perfect remote support and faster problem solving.

If you connect the system to the Internet, it can transfer the values ​​from all sensors, motors and also your default values ​​to the cloud. We hold this data securely in the Microsoft Azure Cloud in Europe. There is no personal data, just sensor data.

With this data it is possible for us - if only enough systems are installed at customers like you - to detect errors in advance and to learn from the error behavior of other systems.

To warn you. to avoid failures. Save on unnecessary service calls.

On the other hand, the data can also be used to analyze why you may have made errors. Or which sensor, which motor was overwhelmed.

You can only win having the cloud connection: Imagine the savings if we detect only once during the machine's life by looking at the historical data which sensor is defective. Deliver the spare part by express next day. You will have used it before anyone else would even be with you to start the analysis with other providers!

Christoph Zaleski incorporated many wishes from bakers into the machine in order to make operation as convenient and easy as possible for the employees.

From the lower edge of the tub down, the system is IP67 splash-proof and can be cleaned with water.

All settings - also for the feeder and the filler are set centrally - and stored in "recipes" if desired via the large display. Your employees can change all settings "at the push of a button".

And that is just the beginning….


Yeast pastry infeed table with fixed AND flexible infeed

Depending on your requirements, each row of dough pieces can be transported at fixed intervals - or just until the next ones arrive. The entire control takes place via the central display or the values stored in the respective recipe.

Thanks to the extra-long table, the next pad with dough pieces can be easily added. This makes refilling much more relaxed for your employees! After use, the table and the conveyor belt can be folded away to save space when stored elsewhere.


Donut depositor - consistent in control

It is controlled entirely via the central display. Depending on the pastry, the depositor moves to the stored height and portions according to the stored values in your "recipe". This gives you consistent quality and always beautiful pastries - regardless of which employee is doing the work!


Pastry filler - Fills (almost) everything, precisely dosed

Depending on the required hourly output, our filler controls 1 or 2 needles and fills jams, chocolate creams, ... exactly to the gram. This also only works because of the gear pump technology, which is digitally controlled.

Even pieces of fruit in the jam are no longer a problem!

Once again, the filler is also completely controlled via the central display. Your recipes can be permanently stored. No more thinking for your employees - only the "push of a button" is necessary...

Nevertheless, the filler is an option, just like the feeder - i.e. you can retrofit these options at any time.
