Innovation for baking - InnovaBack
The german word for “baking” is “backen”. So we decided to use “Innova” from Innovation + “Back” from “backen” = InnovaBack.
We are enthusiastic about the latest technology - and craftsmanship. Why isn't the combination of these used for you when it comes to fat baking?
We asked ourselves: why are so many manufacturers in other industries able to monitor their devices via the cloud and proactively detect failures? Why not the manufacturers of donut-frying systems? Every day that a deep-frying system fails costs the baker a lot of money... that can be avoided! Why aren't the deep-frying systems on the market more energy-efficient? Why are they labor intensive, with varying results depending on the operator? Why not use the possibilities of today?
We have taken all of this into account in our completely in-house designed donut fryer. And we spoke to many bakers and incorporated their wishes. The devices are stable, with the latest technology from the leading manufacturers, the most stable motors and pumps, etc. - from the most well-known German and European manufacturers. One customer commented: "You've made a masterpiece there!"

InnovaBack FGA eco Line
With the FGA eco line you can produce up to 600 yeast donuts per hour with the FGA 600 and up to 1,200 yeast donuts per hour with the FGA 1200 (with a baking time of 6 minutes). Of course, you will also receive a filler - and the donut depositor is also available as an option. Learn more here!
InnovaBack FG Line
If you produce between 960 and 3,500 yeast donuts / hour with a baking time of 6 minutes, if necessary produce french cake or balls in corresponding quantities, then the FG line is the right choice for you. Learn more here!
